This value management training course is the first of two three day modules, accredited by the Institute of value Management (IVM). It is intended for those who wish to enhance their management skills & become value Analysis study leaders.
VM, incorporating value Engineering, is part of the APM's Body of Knowledge & a core tool for Project Managers of all disciplines.
At the end of this first advanced course participants will have sufficient skills in value Analysis to achieve the IVM's Certificate in value Analysis & lead a VA study. The second (optional) three days concentrate on the broader aspects & skills of value Management to apply VM at the strategic level, & leading to the EC qualification Professional in value Management, (PVM).
