The R12.x Oracle Service Contracts Fundamentals Ed 1 course contains details of how to use & implement Oracle Service Contracts. In this course, you will learn to create & manage service agreements, subscription agreements, warranties, & extended warranties using Oracle Service Contracts. You will also learn the setup steps required to implement this functionality.
Learn To:- Use the basic service contract terms
- Manually author a service contract with service & usage lines
- Add coverage, pricing, & billing details
- Approve & activate the service contract
- Use Administrator Workbench to manage the contract process
- Use Customer Acceptance Portal
