The Blue Coat Certified Packet Shaper Administrator (BCPSA) course is intended for IT professionals who wish to develop the basic knowledge & skills to manage an installed Blue Coat Packet Shaper on a daily basis. It replaces the former Packeteer Specialist (Level 1) course & is intended for users who want to apply new Packet Shaper features that deliver integrated visibility, control & compression capabilities in a single appliance.
The Blue Coat Certified Packet Shaper Professional (BCPSP) course is intended for IT professionals who wish to develop & master the skills to properly install, operate & configure Packet Shaper. It replaces the Packeteer Advanced Traffic Analysis & Troubleshooting (Level 2) course. This course also covers how to use reporting features & take appropriate action using Packet Shaper control mechanisms to optimize network & application performance.
