The APMP qualification focuses on what makes a real difference to projects such as leading, motivating, managing & building the team, as well as earned value management.

The APM is now introducing a new path to the APMP qualification that identifies the common ground between the PRINCE2 & APMP & only focuses on the APM Body of Knowledge (Bo K) specifics. This new way of getting APMP qualified will give you the same status as people who qualified via the existing route but this approach will save some considerable time for PRINCE2 practitioners.

The focus of this intensive three-day course is to provide you with a level of knowledge that will enhance your personal effectiveness in project management & give you a professional qualification that is recognised worldwide.

Successful candidates are able to participate in projects from individual assignments through to large capital projects.

APMP is a qualification that successful candidates can carry from one job to another or from one industry to another.

The sessions will include discussions, exercises, case studies & example questions. This course recognises the prior learning that a PRINCE2 Practitioner has attained & only covers topics from the APM Body of Knowledge that haven't already been assessed within the PRINCE2 practitioner exam. Delegates will be able to understand all elements of the APMP syllabus, get to grips with the specific examination language, & learn strategies & tactics for approaching the examination.

The examination consists of a two-hour essay style paper with fewer questions than the existing APMP exam.
