shower room W.C. with hand basin and laundry facilities - French windows open to a sheltered sun terrace with metal railings at the rear SECOND FLOOR - Twin bedded room with a small sitting area and an en-suite shower room W.C. and hand basin LOCAL AREA - Cawsand has a pub, hotel and beach bar close by - Water sports facilities are available on the beach during the summer months - Summer ferry runs across to the Mayflower steps on the Plymouth Barbican, a half hour journey - Coastal walks around Rame Head to Whitsand Bay and in the opposite direction to Mount Edgcumbe Park PLEASE NOTE - A weekly car park ticket costs £28 - Towels not available - It is possible to unload outside the property and parking is in the village car park less than 5 minutes walk away
