- Patio leads round to a large private hot tub, garden chairs & loungers
- Gate from the patio leads into a garden where fish like to swim in the ponds
- Wooden table & chairs, parasol & BBQ sit alongside the ponds shared with the owners next door LOCAL AREA
- Network of graded cycle trails through the ancient Cardinham Woods
