- Neatly fitted kitchen with a ceramic four ring hob & combination microwave
- Fully tiled shower room W.C. with hand basin GARDEN
- A dozen external railed steps lead up to a private roof terrace with views across Lamorna Cove
- Not for unsupervised children LOCAL AREA
- Gift shop/beach café open until 8.30pm in season beneath the apartment
- The Wink pub, is about a 10 minute walk up the valley
- St Buryan, 3 miles, has a church, village store/P.O., pub & garage
- Penzance is about a 15 minute drive with a ferry service to the Isles of Scilly
- Mousehole, Newlyn, the Minack Theatre at Porthcurno & Sennen are an easy drive PLEASE NOTE
- Bath towels not available (hand towels provided)
- No cot. carrycot accepted
