Woks are not just for cooking Oriental cuisine, they are a kitchen essential & can be used for a variety of modern dishes. This wok from Swift is manufactured from professional 1.8mm heavy gauge carbon steel which distributes heat quickly & evenly, for serious & speedy cooking.

The body has a double Xylan Non-stick coating which is made without PFOA, so you only need to use a little oil & food won't stick to the bottom of the pan. The wok is suitable for all types of hob & it has a flat base for better stability. Fitted with a traditional wood, stay cool fully assembled handle.

Packaged in a cardboard sleeve. Suitable for h&-wash only or can put in the dishwasher if the wooden handle is removed.
