Product Description

Whilst ceramic knives are fragile, if look after properly will be stay sharper & last longer. Ceramic knives are ideal for slicing fruits, vegetables & boneless meats
- whilst steel knives are more suitable for carving, boning & cutting cheese. The strength & density of ceramic materials allow the blade to be ground with microscopic precision by diamond wheels. The result is a razor-sharp blade that retains its original sharpness more than 10 times longer than steel knives.
