- perfect for slicing vegetables & fruits without taking up loads of cupboards space when not in use. The stainless steel slicing blade features micro serrations so it makes light work of all kinds of foods even soft items such as tomatoes or kiwi fruit.
The blade height is adjustable using the simple dial on the side, so you can vary the thickness of the slicing to whatever you need. Also for ease of use, the handle can be locked into 3 positions so it is totally versatile.
The unit folds completely flat for storage & is supplied with a collapsible finger guard food holder. The blade on this item is extremely sharp & you must always use the guard provided.
