The Swift Supreme preserving pan is manufactured from high quality 18/10 stainless steel (the best commercially available anti-corrosion quality of stainless steel). It's energy efficient encapsulated base makes it suitable for all hob types & the extra weight ensures added stability & strength thus improving heat retention, which will help prevent hotspots & uneven cooking.
The stainless steel handles are secured tightly with rivets for extra durability which also stay cooler during use
- making it suitable for oven use. This pan also features gradated volume markings inside the pan as a quick reference, an all round pouring rim & a bucket style handle. All Swift Supreme cookware is oven safe to 230°C (440°F) & can be used in the dishwasher.
