Wake up with a natural light source for a good start to the day. Our internal clock is often out of sync with the needs & rhythms of modern life. Our biological clock is from external stimuli, such as Sunlight influences. The light at dawn stimulates the production of cortisol, which puts the body in a position to work, & wake up. By simulating dawn it prepares the body to wake up by 20 minutes before the alarm time. This is done in stages where the specified level of brightness is increased.
