The SILEX adapter is ideally suited to integrate Ethernet printers, scanners, & multifunction devices wireless into a network without the drivers, & existing management software must be changed. Also unusual devices such as POS terminals, medical or industrial control equipment & computers, of course, the adapter allows wireless connectivity.
The SX-600

Includes:: professional security features as they are typically required in industrial environments or large companies. It supports the 802.1x Extensible Authentication Protocol (EAP) with Transport Layer Security (TLS), Tunnelled Transport Layer Security (TTLS), Lightweight Extensible Authentication Protocol (LEAP), Protected Extensible Authentication Protocol (PEAP) or Flexible Authentication via Secure Tunnelling (FAST ). In addition, the SX-600 on Open System or Shared Key support with Wired Equivalent Privacy (WEP) encryption, WPA (Wi-Fi Protected Access) Personal (WPA-PSK) & Enterprise modes that has an enhanced encryption using the Temporal Key Integrity Protocol (TKIP) and WPA2 that uses the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES). In addition, it can be configured with the SX-600 access control lists, protocols & applications enabled or disabled, can read & write configuration passwords, & the SNMP community names are configured.
Immediately after the configuration, they are compatible with all Ethernet devices
- regardless of platform & operating system. Thus, all functions of the Ethernet devices can be used via Wi-Fi. no drivers or additional software must be installed. Existing security settings remain to exist.
