The DMR-EX72S combines a DVD-/HDD-recorder with an in-built digital SAT-receiver. With the help of the integrated 14-day EPG (electronic programme guide) you can store up to 279 h film (EP-mode) without any problem on the 160 GB hard disk and archive on all the available blank DVDs. The CI-Slot enables you to receive from Pay-TV transmitters (e.g. Alphacrypt capable). The DVD-/HDD-recorder upscales image data via the HDMI-connection in a maximum HDTV-resolution with 1080 rows (Full HD). Through the "Quick Start" function the recorder is ready to use in one second from the standby mode.
