Thus the device works in connection with the software SX Virtual Link as the device server. You can connect via the network & use your USB (Universal Serial Bus) device as if it is locally connected. This function is of course also available from Windows. Configuration of this setting is possible via the web interface.

With the help of the C-6600GB parts, several users can share a high-quality Canon document scanner via in the network. The C-6600GB provides scanner also for virtual machines (VM). The software SX Virtual Link allows the requirement of a scanner, that is already used by another user. If required, the connection will be disconnected automatically.
