XBright® LEDT8i tubes replace conventional fluorescent tubes in the Retro- fit range. They offer increased
reliability compared to conventional retrofit products, a simpler retrofitting & a higher effectiveness.
XBright® LED tubes are very reliable, because they are equipped with high-quality SMD LEDs with excellent light yields & very low power dissipation. They are installed in a special aluminium casing & on a special PCB (power circuit board ) &, therefore, experience almost no self-heating. This enables the extremely long operating life of XBright® LED T8i tubes. A special loop circuit prevents total failure of the tubes if an LED failure occurs.

Special aluminium casing
The XBright® T8i LED tubes make use of a special aluminium casing. With many models available on the market, PVC is used. This can easily lead to an overheating of the LEDs & cause a drastic fall in the operating life.
XBright® LED tubes have a very light aluminium case. The mounting plate with the LEDs is located directly on the milled aluminium & its heat can directly dissipate to the outside. Therefore, the temperature in the work area of the LEDs & the operating life is significantly increased.
