The convection-cooled devices can still be integrated with up to 150 Watts in 1HE housings with efficiencies up to 90% & outstanding power density The devices with 300 W & 600 W power output are cooled over inserted exhausts & come out with 2 HE. Under the name of HWS-P are in the 300 W & 600 W power class devices with 3-fold overload capacity designed for starting motors available. The range of output voltages ranges from 5V to 48V, each adjustable by a potentiometer in the range of + /
- 20%. The devices meet the requirements of SEMI F47 in relation to the supply voltage drops, a standard in the semiconductor industry.
