The EA-PS 2000B series laboratory power supply unit is distinguished by its compact design and a favourable price-performance ratio. Apart from overvoltage protection (OVP), the connected consumers are also protected against high voltage and now it is available with a selectable over current protection. It switches off the output as soon as the 0...110% adjustable threshold of nominal current is reached and protects the consumer from developing a defect due to over current and thus prevent damage.
The set values ​​of current and voltage are mutually adjusted so that the max. power from P = U x I is not exceeded. This allows you to work with either a high output voltage or high output current.
You can monitor and control the device with remote via the standard built-in USB port. You can even connect it serially to other devices with the help of separately available license extension. Thus the devices become particularly suitable for education and training companies, industrial and systems applications, factories and development laboratories and institutes.
