AVM FRITZ! BOX 3270 WLAN
The new FRITZ! Box WLAN 3270 supports 802.11n (Draft 2.0) and is backward compatible to products with 802.11g and b standard. Through the dual-band support, it can alternatively be used in addition to 2.4 GHz also less-troubled 5-GHz band WLAN connections as per 802.11a respectively 802.11na. Via a WLAN switch, the WLAN function can manually, occasionally be switched off and on again. The WLAN Eco Mode adapts during operation the radio power required to the individual situation. Extensive safety mechanisms such as firewall, IP masquerading, and port releases take care of not only the modem but also router operation for a high degree of protection.
