The Kettler Elyx 3 has a design & build synonymous with German engineering. With a 20” stride length the Elyx 3 gives a comfortable workout position for taller & shorter people alike. The Elyx 3 is ideal for general endurance training, burning fat & weight loss, & therapeutic cardio vascular workouts. With a 20kg fly-wheel the & magnetic brake system the Elyx 3 gives 15 levels of resistance. The Elyx 3 has a 3 – colour backlit LCD which means that you can display your 10 exercise programs & has a heart-rate light system with the display changing colour depending on how hard the user is working, this combined with an audible alarm indicating when you have exceeded your maximum pulse rate. The Elyx 3 is ideal for general endurance training, burning fat & weight loss, & therapeutic cardio vascular training.
