LOCATION Set in an elevated position above South Sands, Oversteps House is located in an unrivalled position for a fabulous seaside break close to this beautiful Blue Flag awarded sandy cove. Just 100m or so from the beach, guests can enjoy a full range of water sports during the main season, including sailing tuition, sea kayaking and paddle-boarding, or simply spend lazy days building sandcastles, playing beach cricket or exploring rock pools. After all this activity you can relax at your private beach house (the Hobbit House), taking in the amazing views or sample expertly cooked local seafood at the nearby Beachside restaurant. A water ferry service runs from South Sands to Salcombe every 30 minutes throughout the season, but for those who prefer to walk, the picturesque town

REN toiletries provided in bathrooms. Mostly wooden flooring throughout, with carpet in the majority of bedrooms. An oil fired boiler supplies hot water and central heating. Wireless
broadband internet available. Strictly no smoking permitted. Up to 2 small well-behaved dogs are welcome dependant on breed, and with owners consent at an additional cost of £10.00 per dog per day - with easy access to beaches and coastal walks there's plenty to keep your four-legged friend entertained. The owners of Oversteps House also provide a welcome pack for your pet including a dog bed, bowl, treats, poop bags and suggested walks.
