LOCATION The house is situated just 5 minutes from the town centre and is at the bottom of Crowthers Hill flanked by attractive period cottages. VIEWS The house is on four levels offering excellent views across to Kingswear and out to sea from the garden, sitting room, the master bedroom and, most notably, the top floor sitting room and balcony.LOUNGE Two steps lead in to an attractive, comfortable lounge area with stone flooring, under-floor heating, two sofas, an armchair, television, striking original watercolours of local scenes, and wood-burning stove (non-operational). KITCHEN/DINING ROOM The lounge opens out into a dining area with lovely oak table and six chairs and a very well equipped modern kitchen with 4-ring gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine (inside
cupboard), fridge/freezer and oak units with granite worktops. From the kitchen the rear door leads to a secluded patio and delightful garden. SITTING ROOM This top floor room contains two double cane sofas, armchair, TV plus over eighty DVD's, Bose CD radio, board games and mini fridge glasses china and cutlery. Through a dormer window the room opens out into a small balcony with stunning 270 degree viewsBEDROOMS Three in total. On the first floor there is a double bedoom at the rear with TV, which has lovely river views, a twin bedroom with TV, both with built-in wardrobes, and bedside units. On the second floor is a master bedroom with King-size bed, bedside units, drawers, built-in wardrobe, TV and feature fireplace. Stunning views out to sea and across to Kingswear. NB
All duvets, pillows, linen and towel are provided - tenants will require beach towels. BATHROOMS Two in total. On the first floor is a fully tiled bathroom with bath, shower (over), w.c., wash-hand basin and heated towel rail. On the second floor, serving the master bedroom is a tiled bathroom with bath, seperate shower, wash basin, w.c. and heated towel rail. OUTSIDE The patio at the rear has a table and reclining chairs. This leads to a lovely mature garden with a lawn and flourishing grapevine, hardwood bench and Weber barbecue.PARKING An annual parking permit, for one car, is provided for the Mayors Avenue public car park (subject to available spaces)/Dartmouth Park and Ride.
