ENTRANCE Steps lead down from the elevated parking area (on coastal lane above) to the rear of the cottage. A door leads into the first floor landing. There is also access to the kitchen at ground floor level via a shared passageway. KITCHEN A newly refurbished modern kitchen with granite worktops, fitted units, four-ring ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer & dishwasher. UTILITY ROOM On the first floor with butler sink, fitted units, washing machine & tumble dryer. The kitchen opens out into the main reception rooms.
