LOCATION The cottage is located in the centre of Dartmouth in quiet Lake Street (just off Victoria Road).  The town's famous waterfront can be easily reached in just a few minutes for a wide selection of pubs, restaurants & shops or for boat trips, crabbing or simply to watch the world go by. ENTRANCE The cottage is accessed directly from Lake Street via three steps into a cosy & skilfully designed lounge/kitchen area. LOUNGE/KITCHEN/DINING ROOM  A well presented room with oak flooring, L-shaped leather sofa, wall mounted flat screen TV with DVD/CD & Sky satellite, free wireless broadband for internet access, dining table with four chairs.  The galley kitchen has a range of units & storage, four-ring ceramic hob, electric oven, slimline dishwasher, fridge & microwave, toaster & fresh coffee maker.  Stairs lead up to the first floor from the lounge area with  integral stairgate at the top. BEDROOMS On the first floor is a double/twin bedroom with original oak flooring & stacker bed made up as two single beds & drawers, TV & DVD player.  Stairs with integral stair gate leads to the second floor to a double bedroom built into the roof space enjoying a velux window, exposed beams & original Oak flooring.  King-size bed, TV & DVD/CD feed, hairdryer, cupboard with hanging space. EN SUITE CLOAKROOM with w.c. & wash-hand basin also with velux window.  N.B. All duvets, linen, towels, bathmats & tea towels are provided

- can be hired at cost).  BATHROOM  In addition to the en suite cloakroom is a stylish black & white tiled bathroom on the first floor.  With bath, shower (over), w.c., wash-hand basin & heated towel rail.  Also on the first floor is a built-in cupboard with washer/dryer, small freezer & combination boiler providing unlimited hot water at all times. There is also a clothes airer, iron & table board. OUTSIDE  At first floor level there are double doors out to a 30' wide decking area over two levels.   BABY FRIENDLY FACILITIES Include travel cot, highchair/booster seat, stair gates, bed guard, potty, step & toilet seat, bath chair & bathmat, Fisher Price Bath Centre, bouncing cradle chair, baby monitor, pushchair & rain cover, steam sterilizer, plastic crockery & cutlery & many more items. OTHER INFORMATION Thermostatically controlled gas-fired central heating & unlimited hot water.  No pets are accepted & the property is strictly non-smoking.
