APARTMENT 32, DART MARINA (1ST FLOOR) A superbly furnished and presented first floor apartment with stunning river views ENTRANCE From the ground floor entry level stairs or lift lead up to the apartment entrance which opens into a tastefully decorated hallway. LOUNGE/DINING ROOM The beautifully remodelled living space has undergone a stunning refurbishment (2014) featuring a Ralph Lauren-inspired wall covering and stylish designer Italian furniture including sofas, chaise longue, Venezia coffee table, Cometa bassa table lamps, one new (2016) driftwood table lamp with remote control colour tones,  and large floor-standing nautical searchlight. The lounge is equipped with the latest technological equipment, such as a retractable 46 Smart television, Xbox ONE, and DVD
player. The dining area has a contemporary round dining table with four chairs, and is the ideal position from which to take in the panoramic view across the River Dart and to Kingswear beyond. The views can be enhanced by retracting the bi-fold bay windows. KITCHEN The state-of-the art kitchen with stone worktops has lovely Poggenpohl units, integrated Smeg appliances including a superb six-ring gas range and oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. In addition there is a coffee machine, combination microwave and toaster. BEDROOMS The spacious master suite has a super-King size bed, glass bedside tables, fitted wardrobes, vanity dressing table with stool, and 32 Smart TV (cleverly hidden behind an automated removable mirror).
