On the second floor, double bedroom with double bed, matching bedside units & wardrobe with en suite shower room with rain head shower, wash hand basin, w.c. & heated towel rail. A twin bedroom with two metal framed single beds, bedside unit, & wardrobe & then a fourth bedroom, which has been designed with children in mind, with wooden bunk beds, toy chest & built in wardrobe. N.B. All duvets, pillows, linen & towels (except those for the beach) provided.

BATHROOM In addition to the two en suite shower rooms there is a family bathroom on the second floor with shower over the bath, wash-hand basin, w.c. & heated towel rail.
OUTSIDE To the rear of the property, accessed from bi-folding doors from the sitting room is a decked area with steps leading to a lawned garden (not enclosed).
PARKING Parking for one car on the driveway in front of the property.
OTHER INFORMATION Ground & first floor have oak flooring, tiled flooring in the bathrooms & carpets in the bedrooms. The property enjoys the benefits of air sourced heating & hot water. This property will accommodate a maximum of six adults
- as the fourth bedroom is suitable for children only. Pets are not permitted.
