Our Dart Marina properties are situated on the edge of the River Dart in Dartmouth, one of the West Country's most sought after locations. Picturesque Dartmouth, with its pretty, narrow streets offering art galleries, tea rooms & individual shops is just a short walk along the embankment & the town is gaining a reputation for its great choice of places to eat, with well known chefs in several restaurants. Just outside the town is an excellent golf course & the stunning unspoilt beaches & coastal paths of Start Bay including the Blue Flag award winning Blackpool Sands are just a 10 minute drive away. Individually styled, our eleven Dart Marina properties have been very tastefully & creatively finished but vary slightly in terms of decoration, furnishings & layout. The main reception rooms have each been designed to maximise the views across the River Dart & to the woods beyond. The apartments offer a spacious entrance hall & living accommodation, with large bathrooms on the same level. The townhouse (no 26), formerly the show home, enjoys a private riverside terrace whilst the apartments offer a balcony, a large window seat or fabulous windows from which to enjoy the wonderful views. State-of-the-art contemporary kitchen with Poggenphol units & Smeg appliances making self catering a pleasure, whilst bedrooms & living areas are luxuriously appointed with sumptuous soft furnishings & bathrooms are beautifully presented with towels. All properties are strictly non-smoking & no pets are allowed. A cot & highchair are available at each property on request (excluding No.3), but due to the waterside location parents must supervise young children at all times.
