The Dermol range is for the management of dry & itchy skin conditions such as eczema & dermatitis. In dry skin conditions such as eczema, using moisturisers regularly, even once the skin has enhanced, can help prevent flare-ups. Dermol 500 also helps reduce scaling, redness & itching. Dermol works to relieve dry skin conditions in two ways. Firstly, it works as an emollient, which forms a barrier over the skin that stops moisture from escaping. This softens & hydrates your skin, preventing & relieving dryness & symptoms like itching. This lotion also works as an antimicrobial, which means that it kills bacteria on the skin that can make dry skin conditions worse, also helping to prevent infection.
