This box of high cocoa content chocolates contains impressive ganache centres of 85% & 99% cocoa. The two ganaches are incredibly rich with surprisingly very little bitterness due to the thin outer shell of 60% cocoa content. This combination provides an incredible mouth filling, flavour profile. We highly recommend these superb chocolates for all dark chocolate lovers.
