Traxam Pain Relief Gel Traxam Gel is applied to the skin surface for the relief of local pain & inflammation. It is used in many muscular & joint conditions such as in sprains, strains, rheumatism, & mild arthritic conditions. Directions Adults & the elderly: Rub 1g of this medicine (approximately 1 inch (2.5cm) of gel) into the affected area (s) 2 to 4 times a day. Do not use for longer than 7 days. The total daily dose should not exceed 25g per day regardless of the number of affected areas. Children: Not recommended for use in children under 12 years of age. Active Ingredient Felbinac (Biphenylacetic Acid) 3% w/w Warnings It is possible that someone allergic to aspirin may be allergic to Felbinac. If allergic to aspirin, test on a small patch of skin to begin with. Do not cover the treated area with airtight dressings. This can enhance the absorption & increase the risk of adverse effects Avoid contact with eyes & other mucous membranes. If this occurs rinse with cold water & contact your doctor or pharmacist. Do not use on broken skin or open wounds Do not use if hypersensitive or allergic to any of the ingredients If you feel you have experienced an allergic reaction, stop using this medicine & inform your doctor or pharmacist immediately.
