It contains Fluticasone Propionate which is effective against pollen, pet hair, dust mite & mould spores. The spray also relieves nasal congestion. Pirinase prevents & relieves the symptoms of airborne allergens. It contains Fluticasone Propionate 0.05% which works directly at the site of irritation, inside the nose.60 sprays.
