Galfer Syrup Galfer Syrup is a sugar free liquid containing ferrous fumarate to replace low levels of iron in the blood, for the treatment & prevention of anaemia caused by iron deficiency. It has a minty chocolate flavour & is suitable for adults & children over 12, as well as for younger children under a doctor's supervision.
