It has a fresh, lemony taste. Directions Take this medicine by mouth, 20 minutes to 1 hour after meals & at bedtime. Take as directed in the packaging, unless directed differently by your doctor. Adults including the elderly: Take one to two 5ml spoonfuls 4 times each day. Children aged 12 to 18 years: Give your child one to two 5ml spoonfuls 4 times each day.
