- ideal as a skin-friendly surgical hand disinfection. Skinman Soft Protect has a shorter contact time than traditional scrubs with surgical hand disinfection according to EN 12791 in just 90 seconds & has a sustained effect proven by EN 12791 after 3 hours wearing a surgical glove. Skinman Soft Protect has been carefully developed with caring ingredients to look after your skin: Glycerine: Nourishes dry skin by absorbing ambient water from the air by sealing it into the skin cells. Vitamin E: An antioxidant that protects skin cells from free radicals & enhances the skin's barrier function. Panthenol: A form of Vitamin B5 that stimulates skin regeneration & works as an anti-inflammatory. This combination makes it perfect for theatre staff who have experienced issues with the ingredients found in alternative preparations.
