Aspirin dispersible 300mg tablets. For the relief of mild to moderate pain including headache, migraine, neuralgia (nerve pain), toothache, sore throat, & period pains. For the symptomatic relief of colds & flu, rheumatic pain, sprains & strains, muscular aches, fibrositis, sciatica, lumbago, joint swelling & stiffness. For adults & children over 16 years only    The usual dosage (s) are described below: Adults: For oral use. 1 to 3 tablets to be dispersed in water every 4 hours, or as directed by your doctor. Not more than 4 doses in 24 hours. A lower dose is recommended for the elderly. Do not give to children under 16 years of age unless advised by a doctor. Antiseptic Remedy:  Eucalyptus is an excellent remedy for colds, flu, coughs, bronchitis, sinusitis & catarrh.  Add a few drops of the pure oil to a bowl of hot water, & inhale the vapours for a few minutes. Alternatively for more portable relief, put a couple of drops on a hanky & inhale the scent. 2. Chest Rub: To relieve colds etc during the night, a rub using 10ml of a massage oil (sweet almond, sunflower, greapeseed, wheatgerm, olive etc) and 6 drops of eucalyptus oil can be made up & applied before bed time. 3.
