Caffeine Waves was created by Matt Inman, a graphic designer working at Push Creative, a small branding agency on Sydney's Northern Beaches. In late 2014, Matt started using his very second-hand Leica ATC2000 microscope to explore the possibilities of polarized light microscopy as an artistic medium
