The M-PACK500 is a mobile flash power pack with a capacity of 500 Ws. Designed to be utilised with the Prio HEAD 1000. The batteries provide up to 220 flashes at full power & can be changed by the user. Therefore, the availability of replacement batteries allows almost unlimited flashes. The batteries have a display showing the state of charge & a charging socket where the batteries can be charged inside or outside the flash unit. The power switch is protected against accidental switching by a spring-loaded flap. So the units can be transported easily without accidentally turning-on. The M-PACK 500 & M-PACK1000 can be connected to the flash HEAD1000 via a massive connector. The power packs can be mounted either via a fix clamp on a stand or can be carried in a bag with a wide shoulder strap. A solid protective cap also allows the placement on the ground. The operation of the power packs M-Pack 500/1000 is the same as for the monolights MBX 500/1000. This way, operating errors can be avoided. Like all Priolite flash units, the M-PACK500 & M-PACK1000 are equipped as standard with a built-in radio module. That means, that all Priolite flash units can be controlled using the remote control unit.
