Our Colombian Whole Bean Coffee has been produced by Jose & Luz (Big Rock) on their smallholder estate in Jardin.
Colombian coffee is a little bit weaker than other coffee such as the Robusta. It uses Arabica, generally accepted as the highest-quality coffee bean & is slightly weaker in strength making the perfect light artisan roast. It is the ideal coffee for an afternoon pick-me-up for a subtle, smooth-bodied coffee with plum flavour notes.
How to use coffee beans
Grind using a high powered blender or pestle & mortar to break down. Then simply make coffee as usual using a cafetiere & add your choice of milk if desired.
