Get in shape with this half day fitness retreat. You’ll be able to work out & tone up in the tranquil surroundings of the Hillmotts luxury Retreat, where you’ll enjoy three hours of exercise sessions including TRX training, Zumba, Kettlebells, Yoga & Circuit Training. During your session you will also receive a healthy lunch & attend a one hour talk on diet & how it affects your mood & energy levels.
