Ever fancied creating your cheese from scratch? If so, head to The Smart School of Cookery for this fascinating & informative artisan cheese-making class. This 3-hour session will see you & your group creating a range of different cheeses from a selection including mozzarella, ricotta, soft cheese with chives & chilli, goats cheese & paneer. You’ll also learn the theory of making hard cheeses – the next step in your cheese-making journey. At the end of the session you’ll get to sample the fruits of your labours, tucking into the cheese you’ve made alongside a range of home-made chutneys, fresh breads made using whey, & some of the school founder Ann’s own range of oil, salt & vinegar products.
