As well as creating wonderful dishes, Jean-Christophe will share his unique techniques for preparing delicious food with less sugar, salt and saturated fat, all in a relaxed and fun style. During the group hands-on sessions, Jean-Christophe and his expert team will guide you every step of the way whilst you practice tips and tricks to improve your everyday cooking. Whatever your cookery skills, Jean-Christophe's passion and creativity will be infectious and this intensive course will leave you filled with knowledge and eager to try your newly acquired skills in your own kitchen. - Unfortunately, due to the building being a listed historic venue, there is no disabled access available
