Spa Day with 25 Minute Treatment and Lunch for Two at Bridgewood Manor Hotel and Spa 10595720

The actual spa was dirty, the changing rooms were so disgusting, I didn’t even want to shower. Clumps of wet hair everywhere. I couldn’t relax, ‘regulars’ or ‘members’ were having such loud conversations that I couldn’t even read my book or try and settle down. They also give you dirty looks and make you feel like you’re intruding on them and their spa. The staff are unhelpful and rude, didn’t smile once. You ask them a question and it’s like you’re bothering them. Please don’t waste your voucher here. Use it somewhere nicer!

Nice enough but overpriced Manicure was literally someone painting my nails, and not that well Lunch was a choice of a sandwich and a dessert but again underwhelming.

The team at the hotel were great, we enjoyed a lovely day at the hotel.

The spa itself is quite small, reception was good, treatment was good. Pool on the small side, sauna room ok and gym was small but plenty of machines. Lunch was nice and bar staff were nice and good. I would say not much to do so better off being half day spa than a full day. Overall it was nice.

Had a lovely relaxing day friendly staff and always cleaning. Was quiet when we went steam room made for two as third person could get burnt legs, pool was warm, treatments very relaxing. The only thing missing is a spin dryer for wet costumes, definitely would go back to use these facilities again, our lunch was lovely plenty of food and very fresh.

After a relaxing swim and lounge by the pool, we enjoyed a facial and massage from the lovely treatment team. Unfortunately, the prearranged lunch was 40 minutes late and had to be chased. Our fruit salad had mouldy blueberries so we returned it and was offered an alternative. Judging by the complaints we witnessed in the bar, we were not the only ones let down. Such a shame. It is a lovely venue and the staff were all friendly. We enjoyed our day overall but we would not recommend or return. Please sort out your catering team Bridgewood, they are letting you down.

Staff are really lovely hotel part is modern and impressive booked spa day with lunch and 25 min treatment for two ,I dont want to be negative but I will say its not quite what we expected" very" light lunch ,no robes supplied etc had to ask for towels and its pretty basic ( no tables set up to eat etc) but massage was wonderful I had a really lovely girl called halle who made the day experience much better....Spa area / shower / toilets etc very much need updating, but given the hospitality industry has suffered so much I'd still recommend it as an escape and relax esp for the pleasant staff and general atmosphere

My husband and I loved it here the spa is small and cosy also has a sauna and steam room. Marble beds and a lovely pool what more could you ask for? I had a head , neck and shoulder massage by Sophie and she was adorable followed by a lovely lunch. I highly recommend
