Always wanted to go in a helicopter and wasn’t disappointed,filmed it on my phone and only realised after we landed it had shut down after about 5minutes I was gutted

A Bit Disappointed

after being at least half an hour late (due to refuelling etc) when we finally took off we then had to circle and hover for at least 5 minutes because an incoming fixed wing plane coming into M/CR airport. Consequently we didnt see anywhere near as much as we should of Manchester and am sure the flight was definitely not the 20 minutes promised. On the plus side the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Had a 15 minute helicopter ride at gloucester, was straight on no hanging around. Paid £20 to sit next to the pilot and £10 for a photo which is pricey but added to the experience which I may never get to do again. Friendly pilot, very informative. Lucky to have great weather on the day. A great gift from my wife.
