I phoned Brands Hatch to book this experience. Was told to go online. Looked on line. Nothing about the trial experiences only the driving days. Phoned again. Was passed around 3 different people who didn't seem to know how to been these. Eventually passed to someone who gave me a list of the track days and said if I chose a couple of dates that are convenient he would try and book me in for my experience at the start of the track day. I chose a date and was then booked in and received email confirmations. On the day I arrived early as wasn't sure how much traffic there would be on way. Thank goodness for one of the tracks breakdown truck drivers. He told me exactly where to go and what to do. There is no clear signage and where you go is far from obvious. From then onwards (once things had opened up) everything went really well. I had 3 laps first being guided round by a lead car, showing everyone the best drive lines etc. After that I could go on to the track at any point that morning but once on had to do the 20 minutes in one hit. This is very hard on the brakes for a standard car! The option of 2 x 10 min sessions would be much easier on the car. Be warned, the track can get very busy and the chances are you will be overtaken by people who have serious cars complete with pit crews! Having said that it was a great experience and definitely one I would do again!

One week long issues with booking...after many e-mails and phone calls I still was not on the list when I arrived. Better customer sevice would be better from Brands Hatch, first time visitors found hardly the "sign in" station. The race was good.

Good for the price and great if you are not sure about doing a full track day.

Great offer to have a taste of a car track day. Great track. Only thing was having to arrive at 7.30am when sighting laps don't start till 9am. It makes it a long day.

Great way to test out the track before booking a full track day! Had a great time :)

Very hard to find venue entrance, before 7.30 in the morning , when we had to check in. No staff around that early , to tell you where to go and help you. Told to get my car noise tested at 7.45 and nobody there till gone 8 ?! Some of the staff not very customer friendly, when asking me questions about my car...the best bit: getting to drive my own car around Brands Hatch race track about ten times ! Staff just need to be more customer friendly, and remember we've all paid a lot of money to go there.
