Manthorpe Mechanical Extractor Adaptor & Flexible Pipe The Manthorpe Mechanical Extractor Adaptor & Flexible Pipe are another convenient & easy to use the duo of supplies from the trusted manufacturer Manthorpe Building Products. This combination is used by changing the standard rectangular vent channel into a 4-inch wide pipe, ready to be fit into an extractor fan outlet or even a soil stack depending on what fits your needs. This accessible product is available for use with multiple Mathorpe flexible pipe extensions & is no more than 243x 280mm in size ensuring an orderly & well-kept appearance is maintained. Once the reliable Manthorpe Mechanical Extractor Adaptor & Flexible Pipe are fixed onto an extraction fan terminal or soil stack, it will work by forming a watertight seal to prevent any leakage & the spread of dampness. To make doubly sure of this, you can also apply your own mastic sealant or tape to prevent it more efficiently & thoroughly.  The Manthorpe range of in-line tile ventilators can also be used as outlet terminals for extraction fans & soil pipe ventilation when used in conjunction with a Manthorpe GTV-AD Flexi Pipe Adaptor & one of the range of GRPA Flexible Pipes.
