This family of solid state drives (SSDs) utilises the Advanced 19nm (A19nm) toggle 2.0 MLC (multi level cell) N&, which delivers major advances in performance & power efficiency. Toshiba's HG6 series SSDs are available in capacities ranging from 60 to 512GB & boast maximum sequential read speeds of 534MB/s & maximum sequential write speeds of 482MB/s. The drives dramatically accelerate computer boot times & application start times to provide an enhanced computing experience. The drives are fitted with a 6 Gbit/s SATA 3.1 interface & include Adaptive Size SLC Write cache technology & optional Self Encrypting feature compliant to TCG-Opal 2.0 (THNSFJxxx Gx SU).
