If you have a printer problem call Lexmarks Technical Support Center or submit a support request via the web. Lexmarks highly trained technicians will first try to resolve the problem. If your problem cannot be resolved, the company will dispatch a trained technician to your location (usually the next business day) for printer repair. By purchasing a Lex On Site Repair extended warranty, a customer is eligible for on-site service during the term of the extension. If your original warranty was a carry in product, then you will be required to purchase a Lex On Site Repair Upgrade to cover your original warranty & any extended warranties purchased.
