The FAX-L390 features Department ID functionality. This security feature allows the user to create up to 100 IDs and passwords, and means that the fax may only be operated after the correct password has been entered. By creating a number of department settings, users are also able to monitor fax, print and copy totals - which will assist office management and accounting. Setting department IDs can also restrict sending and copying operations. The FAX-L390 can hold 500 sheets, which means that less time is spent refilling the device.
