The Nutility Collection was borne of an idea to develop a chair reduced to its simplest planes but with a refined form such as that found in silhouette on a poster for a 1935 exhibition in Zurich called " Der Stuhl" (The Chair). Plywood was used for its durability, warmth & sustainability, while the addition of colour accentuates the elegance of the design. The Nutility bench is an extruded version of the chair proving the strength of the Design. While the addition of colour accents the elegance of the design.
