The wood can be cleaned with a damp cloth, & recoated with oil should it be needed (recommended once or twice a year) to maintain the finish. We designed our Tristools to be virtually indestructible thanks to their chunky solid oak construction, with through-tenon leg joints and no screws, nails or other fixings. They are stable and very useful - they can double up as side tables or plant stands for example, or make a wonderful Christening or Birthday present The size is approx 28cm high and 28cm across the widest part of the seat. Whenever possible, we source our wood from industrial offcuts, excess stocks and reclaim sources in the UK. All solid timber can change as it ages, and you should protect your product from constant changes in temperature and humidity. We apply a simple oil finish, which gives a very pleasant smooth matt sheen to the wood, and no lacquers or varnishes to flake off over time. The wood can be
